- Fees: a job on this platform is free of charge. However, you may choose to spend credits or points to upgrade or feature your job posting. Any fees associated with using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will be clearly outlined before use.
- Rights to Job Postings: reserve the right to remove or refuse any job posting that we deem inappropriate or violates these terms of use. We also reserve the right to use job postings for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Use of Database: Database is provided solely for the purpose of recruitment and selection. You may only use the Database to search for and identify potential job candidates for open positions within your company. You may not use the Database for any other purpose, including but not limited to marketing or solicitation.
- Credit System: access and download job seekers' profiles and CVs from the Database, you must use credits or points. The number of credits or points required to access each profile or CV may vary based on the job seeker's qualifications and experience.
- System: Database includes a range of search filters that allow you to refine your search for potential job candidates. You may use these filters to find candidates who meet your specific hiring criteria.
- Information: job seekers' profiles and CVs may hide certain information, such as contact details or the job seeker's name. This information is hidden to protect the privacy of the job seeker. You may only access this information by using credits or points to unlock the profile or CV.
- Seeker Consent: job seekers included in the Database have given their explicit consent to have their information shared with potential employers. By accessing the Database, you agree to only use the information contained within for recruitment and selection purposes.
- Option: Job seekers have the option to opt-out of the Database at any time. If a job seeker opts-out, their information will no longer be included in the Database, and you will not be able to access their profile or CV. If the job seeker opt-out, this job seeker’s profile and CV will no longer be visible to employers, and the job seeker will not be able to apply for job openings through the Website.
- Third-Party Links: platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of these websites.
- Disclaimer of Warranties: do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on our platform. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in any content posted by users.
